Today we have an online class. We are going to continue with Natural . 

Let´s watch some videos about healthy habits, healthy food and junk food. 







A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. 

  • Be active: practice some sports at least three times a week. 
  • Limit screen time: not good for your eyesight and posture.
  • Sleep: you need to sleep at least 9 hours. No screens before going to sleep.    

         UNHEALTHY HABITS.

  • Overeating and eating the wrong types of food: overweight, problems with your back and joints. disease. 
  • Carry a heavy backpack: damage skeleton and muscles. 
  • Medicine: follow doctor´s instructions.
  • Smoking: lungs cancer.
  • Alcohol: damages the brain, liver and heart. 
  • Illegal drugs: very dangerous. Serious damage to our heart and liver.
